The company was formed by a unique and varied team committed to bringing a creative business approach to dealing with environmental issues. The team was formed with the belief that a good cause can also be a sustainable and successful business. The team is headed by Larry Spatz, who has a long, varied and successful career in industries ranging from entertainment to finance and from oil/gas exploration to green technology. He has an extensive history of philanthropic interests, including creating foundations that give back to those in need. He has also served on numerous philanthropic boards that have been dedicated to bettering people’s lives. The team additionally consists of a marketing/public relations executive with more than twenty years experience working with global brands and agencies, a former environmental organizer with over 30 years of professional sales and marketing experience, an accomplished businesswomen/attorney, and two environmental activists and members of the Obama Presidential Campaign staff.
